Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats.

Zumba Toning is another party that takes the original Zumba dance fitness class to the next level utilizing  an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells. Zumba Toning is fun different, challenging and effective. When it comes to body sculpting. It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

It is Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format. Thus, regular R.I.P.P.E.D. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes. This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.--- Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance as the workout portion along with Diet suggestions to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

Basic Training
Boot camp style class that include 3 min intervals. First 2 minutes are strength training with the third minute cardio using step bands, weights, floor mats all set up in different stations. Go at your own pace and get ready to sweat!

Cardio Kickboxing

One hour of cardio moves joined with explosive, strong jabs, hooks, and uppercuts along with some front kicks, side kicks, and the occasional roundhouse kick to sweat away the stress of the day, along with working nearly every muscle in your body. All of this is choreographed to energizing, go-get-'em music so that it's not only a great workout, it's fun too. It is all cardio, no involvement of punching bags etc.
